So grateful the storm was over and we're all OK. Thank you, my friends far and near, for your phone calls, your concerns and your prayers! 

And I couldn't help thinking of this song called "Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head" by B.J. Thomas. (Can you believe it, it was on the top of the pop chart right when I was born. )

... ...  So I just did me some talkin' to the sun
          And I said I didn't like the way he got things done
          Sleepin' on the job
          Those raindrops are fallin' on my head, they keep fallin'... ...

The power was out for a couple of hours last night. No TV, no Internet. By the candle light, Laura played Piano, Sophie played Cello. (Even when the power was back, Sophie insisted playing with only candle light). It was nice.

... .... But there's one thing I know
           The blues they send to meet me won't defeat me
           It won't be long till happiness steps up to greet me ... ...
